Announced results to year end 31st December 2007, Revenue increased by 28.0% to
£57.9m (2006 £45.3m), Profit before interest and tax increased by 6.9% to £6.0m
(2006 £5.6m), Earnings per share increased by 1.2% to 1.63p (2006 1.61p), Final
dividend of 0.30p per share, 347 fixtures held in the year (2006 353),
representing 26% of all UK fixtures.
Arena was unable to stage 19 scheduled fixtures
(2006 4). Successful creation of an 'in-house' catering business to
direct, manage and operate all catering activities across Arena's racecourses.

In a trading statement announce that performance during this period has been in
line with market expectations. Also announces an increase in its
racecourse portfolio through the signing of an initial one-year contract
at the brand new Great Leighs Racecourse at Chelmsford in Essex

Arena is pleased to announce that the 2007 St Leger Festival has commenced as
planned following the 20 month redevelopment programme that encompassed a £34
million investment in Doncaster Racecourse.

Announced it has received planning permission to create Britain's first 'racino'
at Wolverhampton racecourse. Wolverhampton City Council has received
confirmation from the Government Office for the West Midlands that the planning
application for the redevelopment of the racecourse will not be called-in for
determination by the Secretary of State.As a consequence, planning permission
has now been secured, subject to finalising legal agreements with the council has received confirmation from the government
offices

Announced Interims to 30th June 2007 Turnover £25.3m (2006 £21.9m), Profit
before tax of £2.3m (2006 £2.2m), Earnings per share of 0.65 pence (2006 0.60
pence), Dividend of 0.25 pence per share (2006: 0.25 pence per share).
14th March 2007 Arena Leisure Plc announce that Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council has granted detailed planning permission for a combined hotel and residential development at Doncaster Racecourse. The development will incorporate a 120-bedroom four-star hotel , The cost of the development is estimated at around £17.5 million which, after the sale of the residential apartments, is expected to result in a net cost of around £10.5 million. The operator of the new hotel is Millennium & Copthorne.
