Announced results to year ended 31 December 2007, Revenues for the year up 95% to US$54.3m (2006 US$27.8m), Profit before tax and adjustment for share based awards up 210% to US$12.4m (2006:$4.0m ), Adjusted earnings per share of 19.4 cents per share(2006: 6.37 cents), Average daily casino turnover up 67% to US$6.2m (2006:US$ 3.7m), Average daily poker rake and tournament fees up 14 fold in 2007, The Company expects to launch a further two new casinos, four poker rooms and mobile casino gaming in Q2 2008

Has signed an agreement with Fortune Bid Holdings  to introduce two
new online poker rooms to the  rapidly expanding Asian poker market.   AsianLogic will launch the first of the
two poker rooms in April 2008 to be called Dirty Stack Poker .  a term which is familiar to the poker world referring to a mixed stack of chips. The second poker room will follow shortly giving Fortune Bid Holdings two distinct poker sites appealing to two different types of poker players.

Entered into an agreement with Singapore based Capital Events Pte to acquire and take over the running of the renowned Asian
Poker Tour APT, Asia's original and largest poker tour.Under the terms of the agreement AsianLogic will manage the running of the APT's online and land-based tournaments and assume control over APT's brand and URL's.This will allow the Company access to APT's extensive database of players and contacts and will in turn drive additional online traffic to AsianLogic's poker sites.

Secured a licensing agreement with PAGCOR and Bingo Bonanza into the Asian Pacific market place. Bingo Bonanza is the leading bingo hall operator in the Philippines with some 36 halls currently open and a further 4 to 6 bingo halls and bingo boutiques forecast to open in 2008. Philweb is the sole provider of ecasino services to PAGCOR and operates 80 ecasino enabled internet outlets in the Philippines
