Betsson AB
Betsson AB is quoted on the Swedish
Stock Exchange ( Nordic List) as (BETS). The Company's B Shares are quoted
on the Stockholm Stock Exchange O List.
Betsson was formerly known as Cherryforetagen AB and in December 2005 the
company was split into three parts and the name changed. The three companies
that now make up Betsson are Net Entertainment, Cherry Casino and Cherry
Online.
Cherry Casino runs land based gaming operations in restaurants, amusement
halls and cruise ships from Sweden.
Net Entertainment develops gaming software for licensing to customers and gaming
companies including gamebookers (PRTY), Unibet, Bet24 and 24hour poker.
Cherry Online operates internet gaming with Betsson sportsbook, Casino, Poker
room and betting exchange and online Casinos with Cherry Casino and Casino Euro.

Playtech has signed a new licensing agreement to supply its online casino
product to Betsson (
BETS), one of the largest publicly traded online gambling operators to the
European market, The deal also includes the provision of Playtech's download
casino to Betsson's additional brands CherryCasino.com and CasinoEuro.com.
