In a trading statement datacash said The results of the DataCash business,
before the EuroCommerce losses, ( The recently acquired EuroCommerce business is
expected to show profitability in 2009.)expected to be in line with market
expectations, and has also signed a new contract with TUI Travel plc a division
of Tesco.

a small niche payment service provider.The Board will provide a further

Announced half yearly results for the six months to 30 June 2007. Revenue
increased to £10.00m (2006 £4.97m), pre-tax profits up 135% to £5.30m (2006
£2.25m), earnings per share increased to 4.07p (2006: 3.86p, Interim Dividend
of 0.3p (2006: nil). Cash balances rose to £19.4m (including £1.2m security
deposits) (2006: £11.4m) equivalent to 21.1p per share. signed a three
year agreement with Sportingbet
(SBT) to process their online transactions

Datacash has signed a five year deal to provide payment processing to First
Choice Retail and first Choice Hypermarkets offer payments to companies
such as travel companies ranging from tour operators to cruise lines, airlines
to theme parks

The Group has seen good growth in both revenue and transaction volumes so far
this year. Revenues lost from the fallout in the US are continuing to be
replaced as our customers expand their operations in other countries. Merchant
acquisition in both the Card Holder Present and Card Holder Not Present markets
in the UK has been encouraging, with a strong pipeline in Travel , Leisure and
Retail
are actively exploring opportunities to further extend our international
coverage
