Spirit of Sport Limited is a marketing services company that will offer Gaming Ventures' products to the national and international sports, leisure and recreation markets

Announced  it has agreed to acquire the entire issued share capital, net assets, intellectual property and goodwill of BigHeartBingo Limited .  The total consideration for this transaction is GBP125,000.00 to be satisfied by the issue of 1,785,714 Gaming Ventures' Ordinary Shares, at a price of 7 pence per share. Bigheart Bingo is an online bingo and casino website.

Gaming ventures announced it had completed it first acquisition of Shouting Duck Limited, a mobile casino gaming system.  Shouting Duck Limited operates a mobile casino gaming system which includes registration, security, administration applications and gaming systems managed solely by the handset.  This system can also process payments.
