The Group is also actively pursuing, under revenue share agreements, white-label opportunities with significant brand names, which currently include Betfair, Global Tote and Maharajah Club.

The Company announces that as of today it has ceased to take bets pending clarification of the financial uncertainty notified on 17 August 2007. If the Company fails to appoint a new Nominated Adviser within a month its shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM

The £400,000 of interim funding ("Interim Funding") to be provided by General Capital Venture Finance Limited ("GCVF") that was announced on 15 August 2007 will not be received as originally expected. The Interim Funding is required by the Company to meet its near term working capital requirements and without it the Company's financial position has become uncertain.
26th June 2007 Announced their results for the year ended 30th November 2006 turnover increased to £32.9 million (2005: £8.1 million), Losses decreased to pretax loss of 1.97 million , 2005 loss of  2.33 million. Earnings per share decreased to a loss of (3.83p) 2005 (5.85)

chief executive John Heaton resigned on May 25, following its decision to relocate operations to Malta. The  relocation will enhance long-term cost savings to the group.
1st June 2007 IGH Shares have been suspended from Aim due to full year their  results not being prepared in time for shareholders, further announcements are due to follow.
3rd October 2006 IGH announced that it has entered into an white label agreement with Maharajah Club, the fast growing online gaming company, to offer sportsbook betting, which has now gone live.  The Maharajah Club, which debuted at London’s Asian Lifestyle Show in July, is operated by Maharaja Gaming and licensed by the Gaming Commission of Curacao, Netherlands Antilles.  Maharajah Club is first and only online gaming site to specifically to identify and target the South Asian market worldwide, as a key new market.  Maharajah Club estimates this market to include over 300 million people of Asian origin, including over 3 million in the UK alone.  MaharajahClub.com is dedicated to making the gaming experience as exciting and rewarding as possible for the South East Asian communities, differentiates itself by offering customer service catered to local cultures and is committed to responsible gaming.   

1st August 2005 IGH announced the acquisition of business and assets of Premier Bet Ltd. for GBP1 million. Under the deal, the group will issue 5,555,555 Ordinary Shares; as well as issue a GBP 500,000 3% convertible unsecured loan note 2008 convertible at 15 pence per share. IGH has agreed to acquire the assets (comprising the domain name utilised by the company e.g. www.premierbet.com and www.premierbetcasino.com, customer database and goodwill. Premier Bet is a fixed odds bookmaker based in London, from where it operates an internet and telephone betting operation. The company specialises in soccer betting. Premier Bet does not accept bets from residents of the U.S.

15th March 2005 IGH announced the acquisition of Heathorns International Ltd for total consideration of £755,000 and Placing of 17,800,000 Ordinary Shares at 9 pence per share.  The consideration for the acquisition comprises the payment on completion of £500,000 in cash, the issue of 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares (valued at £180,000 at the placing price) and £75,000 deferred payable over 2 years. Established in 1890, Heathorns is the world's oldest established bookmakers, focused on horse racing, football, cricket, rugby, golf and NFL sports betting.
