quoted company for the period ended 30 June 2007. Loss of £360,714 before write
down for the impairment of assets for seven-month period to 30 June 2007.

£3,569,678 from call-centre operations (opened in April 2007). Acquired prime

In a statement it has stated it will have to write down the pitch values by over
£500,000 or 60%. An initial write down of £552,040 against the value of the
Company's UK pitches has been made in the accounts for the period ended 30 June

In a trading statement Neville Porter said the Company is currently
trading at a modest loss and is unlikely to make the anticipated level of
profits for the seven month period ending 30 June 2007. But since the beginning
of June, the Company has taken a number of actions in order to improve gross win
margins and hence profitability which are starting to bear fruit.
