bookmaking chain for a consideration of £19 million. These are Paddy Power's

Paddy Power have sign long term agreement with Alphameric Plc to show Turf
TV in all of it's Irish and UK Betting offices. The joint agreement between
Paddy Power and Almagamated Racing (who have a joint venture with Alphameric Plc).
will show the channel Turf TV and will go live today from Newbury
races in all Pady power betting offices.

Paddy Power announced its preliminary results for Year ending 31st December
2006, Turnover increased 31% to Euro 1.795 billion, profit up 51% to 45.5
million, Dividend up 56% to 32.2c, Earnings per share increased by 45%
78.6c. Paddy power also noted that it had launched a German Language
