In Third Quarter Key Performance Indicators for the 3rd quarter 1st Oct to 31st
Dec 2007 , Net gaming revenues were up 38% tp £930,198 (Q2 £675,413 47,373 new
customers registered during this quarter raising the total number registered to
276,275 an increase of 22%

running on an Apple iPhone. The iPhone
Blackjack has all the features of the real game, including insurance, split and

its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2007.Revenues up to
£1,174,000 (2006 613,000, loss of £624,000 (2006 Loss of 2,128,000, Earnings
per share loss of 3.5p (2006 loss of 11p), Highlights included 55,000
registrations to the Company’s ‘Lady Luck’s’ mobile Casino and Bingo
brand. “Even before factoring in deals such as Blue Square, the Sun and
Orange, we are confident of delivering growth in line with expectations for the
full year and beyond.”

Announced a revenue sharing agreement with Orange to provide casual gambling
games to Orange customers, The revenue sharing agreement is initially for twelve
months and is focussed on the UK to start with, where Orange has 15.4 million
subscribers

Probability has entered into an agreement with The Sun Newspaper part of the
News Group newspapers Ltd to provide them with branded real money Casino, Slots
and Bingo games. The contract initially
runs for 12 months and is a revenue sharing agreement. The new service
will initially offer customers Roulette, Blackjack,
progressive jackpot and casino style Slots, Video Poker, Hi-Lo and the newly
launched arcade-style “Jumping Jack Cash”. The minimum bet will be
10p for the Casino and Slots, or 50p for a six ticket Bingo strip

has signed an agreement with Rank Group Plc, Probability will supply Rank with a
range of white label mobile gambling games including roulette and blackjack
branded under the Blue Square trade name. The three year agreement,
expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2007, may be extended in the future
to include additional Rank brands.

Announce the launch of Russell Grant Mobile Bingo, Probability signed a one year
contract with Astrologer Russell Grant to market an open-all-hours Bingo
hall with draws every few minutes, played just like a traditional Bingo hall on
mobile phones.
